What is your return policy?

Since every piece on this website at Ben's Art Den™ is custom created, we will be unable to accept any returns, refunds or price adjustments. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can look at a plan to exchange for something else on our site that may suit your needs a little better.

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee which is applicable for 30 days after an order is received. If more days pass than applicable since receipt, we are unable to offer you refunds or exchanges.

Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt via email to info@bensartden.com

In addition to insuring your return, we strongly recommend that the order is sent with Delivery Confirmation. Should Ben's Art Den™ not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. If the purchase is made in a currency other than CND Dollar, a refund will be based on the daily rate of the date of purchase. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to send any requested items.

Refunds

In the event of an approved refund; once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

We offer a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all fine art photograph purchases. If you are unhappy with the photo I will replace it or refund your money following safe return of the photograph, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Contact us first prior to shipping.

What sizes and type of prints are available?

This is dependent upon the photo gallery and particular image. The smallest size available is 8" x 10" and sizes can range to up to several feet. Depending on the photo, one can choose photo prints or canvas as well as aluminum metal prints in a number of display options. Please view each individual photo and click on the "Add to Cart" link to see available options for that particular photo.

Will my my photos fade?

Only the best professional labs to print our photography under our exact specifications. Our photos and canvases are made to last up to 200 years.

Who typically buys your photography?

We have been selling fine art photography for over 20 years and we have acquired collectors worldwide. These pieces cover a wide range of needs, with prints starting at $75 for the beginning collector and increase in price to include large pieces exceeding $10,000 for the discriminating collector. In addition to private collectors my work has been sold to companies, restaurants, corporations, magazines, galleries, museums and more.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For the purchase of fine art photographs which are shipped via ground typically ship out within 7 days and are shipped via ground. Exhibition pieces typically ship out within 10-30 days.
